All products (both standard and custom) are made to order, and as such, Cross Creations will not be accepting returns or exchanges.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Cross immediately. Please be sure to detail the issue and provide images of the damages. Cross will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, either by offering a replacement or issuing a refund.
