what size yarn is used for the creations?

All creations are crocheted using super bulky chenille, jumbo chenille, and cotton tube yarn .

are there OTHER color options?

If the customer would like to request a color not listed on the product page, they have the option to fill out a custom order inquiry. The customer can also request a color swatch of any color for clarification. Ultimately, a color will not be selected without the customer’s approval.

what is your return & exchange policy?

All products (both standard and custom) are made to order, and as such, Cross Creations will not be accepting returns or exchanges.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Cross immediately. Please be sure to detail the issue and provide images of the damages. Cross will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, either by offering a replacement or issuing a refund.

what is the best way to clean my creation?

To refresh your crotched creations, wash on the delicate setting in cold water. Air dry or tumble dry no heat only.
